- Metropolitan France: €3 by tracked letter, free from €50.
- European Union: €6.90 by tracked letter, free from €50.
- In-stock items dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Indicative transit time: 3 to 5 working days.
- Tracked letter: delivered without signature to your letterbox. No pick-up points.
Risk passes to the customer on physical delivery (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code).
If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact sous.mafrange@yahoo.com: an investigation is opened with the carrier and a solution compliant with consumer rights is offered.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason. Notify us by e-mail at sous.mafrange@yahoo.com or via the online form: www.sousmafrange.com/retractation/.
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification, unworn, undamaged and fit for resale. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
